3. When you constantly need to take a substance to relax

A bottle or two of beer with your friends after work once in a while is necessary sometimes. In some places, marijuana is acceptable once in a while. However, when you need substance every single moment you feel stress or every single night before you sleep, then there is a problem, a big problem which much is solved by paying a visit to the shrink’s office.

Most of the time we are aware of these situations but for the fear of been labelled weird, we resort to suffering in silence. When you start hearing voices or seeing stuff that is not there and you get high, you might feel the calm momentarily only for them to return.

When that time comes where you must get high to get rid of emotions, thought or trauma, you need help period.
