4. You constantly need validation from other people

If you have to be in the midst of people to feel like you are worth something, then you need to check with your therapist. Validation is food to our soul as humans, but more importantly, you should be able to feel confident as a human being even if you do not get this validation from other people. If you cannot live without constant validation from people or you find yourself working to death just to get it, you definitely need to visit your therapist to get your mind right.
