Sex, Sex and Sexuality – Nurturing the link that fosters happiness.

There are a lot of secrets to a healthy relationship – the need for communication, maturity, delegation among others – however, in a lot of ways, Sex, Sex and sexuality end up defining the entirety of the relationship. Interestingly, while a lot of information is available to differentiate the three words, there is a questionable oversight on the truth that; for us to be truly happy, we need to pay less attention to the differences between these words and notice how the connection between the three ideas can bring us towards individualistic happiness and create an Edenic utopia for our relationships.
First, we will consider the meaning of these ideas before zooming in on how they are linked.

Sex (gender) and Sex (sexual activity)

Sex (gender) denotes the group a person falls into, based on his/her biological physiognomies or features. It simply points out whether you’re male or female depending on whether you have a penile shaft or a vagina.

On the other hand, Sex (Sexual activity) refers to sexual action between two (or more) people using their reproductive organs. Interestingly, there are many types of sexual relations; anal sex, oral sex and vaginal sex being the more common forms. The importance of sex (sexual activity) in a relationship is no longer news. As much as a relationship is ideally not supposed to overemphasize sexual activity, companionship without it is doomed to fail.
